Spectacular views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed from the chalet and gardens which benefit from being very secluded and private and a lot of sun. It is located just 10 minutes’ walk (safely along the river path and totally off the road) to Central Chamonix (3 mins drive to Brevent ski lift), and 10 minutes’ walk to Les Praz Village, (3 minutes’ drive to ski lift). The garden includes large Jacuzzi hot tub, gaz bbq, table tennis, trampoline, and outdoor furniture for lounging and dining.
The ground floor comprises fully fitted kitchen, a large sunny living space with dining for 8 persons, and large leather sofas. A Granite wood burning stove provides ample warmth for the ground floor rooms which also warm the bedrooms upstairs. There is supplementary underfloor heating on this level. There also a shower room and separate toilet.
The first floor comprises 4 large bedrooms, the two doubles at the font of the house share a large balcony, one room includes a mezzanine with additional sleeping if necessary. The two twin bedrooms are at the rear, although options to change sleeping arrangements are available. The family bathroom on this floor includes, bath with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The lower ground floor is also used as the entrance during the winter with a spacious ski and boot room, sauna, shower room, toilet and utility room with laundering facilities, and addition fridge freezers. There is also a large play come cinema room.
This chalet is available for a winter ski season let for a minimum of 3 months.
