Mont Blanc Retreats provides a range of options to help properties owners make the most out of their investments. Listing Only Service: As a property owner you can simply choose to list your apartment or chalet on our site.  We are selective to the property that we list with Mont Blanc Retreats to maintain a standard of accommodation that we offer our clients. In order to undertake the listing we require professional photography - which we can coordinate on your behalf and a site visit by one of our team to familiarise ourselves with the property and location. We require you to sign a contract between ourselves and you to allow us to market the property on your behalf. A commission is charged per booking through our site.   Full Service: We offer a full service that covers all ancillary services, management, reservation and bookings. We provide you with a breakdown of weeks booked at the end of each month. The property availability page is run in real-time so you can view that at anytime. We offer a bespoke quotation per property for cleaning, linen and chalet management. We also provide conventional property management from organising chimney sweeps, log delivery and stacking, household insurances, liaison with syndicates etc.
