Listing Options & Prices

Our prices are split into two categories, those clients for which we provide a booking or property management services - Full Service Clients -  and those who simply require a listing only solution - Listing Only Clients.  In addition we have two levels of listing available - Gold and Platinum. Level: Benefit: Gold  Listing on site max 500 words with up to 2 images within the main listing    Bespoke image gallery linked to the listing containing up to 10 images    Forwarding service for email enquiries    Inclusion in Newsletters for special offers and discounts Our platinum service is designed for clients who would like to provide the maximum front page impact to their property.  It contains all of the features of the Gold service plus: Level: Benefit: Platinum Rotating seasonal banner ad (summer/winter)   Rotating listing on ‘Featured Retreats’ section    Creation of special offer in ‘Special Offer’ front page section and story page from menu bar up to 3 times per year.   Listing in downloadable offline pdf brochure (to be introduced for Summer 2007)  Listings Fees: Level  Listing only  Full Service  Gold  €150.00 Free of Charge  Platinum  €210.00  €150.00 All prices are for a 12 month listing and are subject to TVA at 19.60% unless the property owner is VAT registered in their country of domicile. Full Service Prices: Booking Fee’s For those clients who wish us to  provide a full booking service including finalising booking arrangements taking security deposits and full accommodation payment we charge a commission of 10% of the total accommodation charge.  In order to ensure that our clients receive the rental income they desire we suggest including this fee within the price per week you plan to charge. Our booking fees include: Management of all booking enquiries Confirmation of booking Taking of deposit Taking holiday balance (8 weeks prior to the holiday) Taking and holding of Security Deposit (normally GBP150 or €250) All we ask is that property owners’ dispatch their property keys prior to the holiday departure date once they receive confirmation that the final balance has been paid and provide us with your latest booking information so our online availability tool is completely up to date. All holiday booking funds are held in a client account and payments are made out to property owners every 8 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. Property Management/Cleaning/Linen Services: We also provide a chalet/apartment cleaning and management service which includes: Apartment set up – switching on services as required.  Making up beds and general property inspection. Apartment clean – full clean of apartment.  Inventory check and switching off services as required and general property inspection. The cost for this service varies according to a property’s size and location but our fixed prices vary from €50 to €120 to include both visits.  Please contact us for a quote for us to manage the cleaning on your property. Additional property management services such as emergency call outs, research, liaison with local agencies and service providers are charged at €35 (HT) per hour. Linen Service: A criterion for listing on Mont Blanc Retreats is that all property owners include quality linen as part of the holiday package. We are able to provide quality white linen on your behalf including towels.  Our linen packs include per person: Towels: 1 x bath towel 1 x hand towel 1 x face cloth Bedding: Single or Double Duvet Cover Single or Double fitted sheet Bolster cover (where appropriate) 1 – 2 pillow cases (where appropriate) Ancillary: 1 x Tea Towel 1 x Bath Mat Prices:  Linen for 2-4 beds: €35    Linen for 5-8 beds: €70  Linen for 9-12 beds:   €100  Towels set: € 7 (towel and ancillary sets as detailed above)
